For our funding partners, MLA Capital Partners, LLC is looking for investors who want a different experience from traditional “private-equity” while being able to achieve competitive returns; have an opportunity to positively impact a community of business leaders and fellow investors; and leverage the pipeline and experienced team backing MLA Capital Partners, LLC.
Our investors will likely meet the following characteristics:
- An accredited investor
- Able to invest a minimum of $250k
- Willing to serve on a governing board of one (or more) of the operating companies)
- Understands and appreciates the difference between “governing” and “operating”
- Sees value in companies that often are too small or overlooked by the traditional equity markets
